Additionally, all our cleaning products are pH-neutral and specifically designed to be gentle on your vehicle’s paint, interior, and wheels, ensuring a safe and effective wash every time. 

 

Swirl Marks After a Wash 

Some customers may notice swirl marks or fine scratches on their vehicle’s paintwork after a wash. These marks are a natural occurrence over time due to everyday driving, environmental exposure, and prior washing methods. 

  • Swirl marks may appear more visible once the car is clean, especially in bright light or direct sunlight, as dirt and dust can often mask these imperfections. 
  • Dark-colored vehicles tend to show swirl marks more prominently.

Mag Wheel Cleaning & Discoloration 

At Snap Car Wash, we use acid-free, pH-neutral cleaning agents designed specifically for mag wheels. 

  • Our process includes pre-rinsing the wheels, applying a mildly caustic degreaser, and thoroughly rinsing to safely remove dirt and brake dust. 
  • While this process is safe for most factory-finished wheels, some wheels with pre-existing coating damage, oxidation, or aftermarket finishes may exhibit streaking or discoloration after cleaning. 
  • Snap Car Wash cannot accept liability for wheels that display pre-existing damage or that may react unexpectedly to the cleaning process. 

If you have aftermarket or specialty wheels, please inform our team before the wash so we can take extra precautions. 

 

Driver or Passenger Electric Seat Motor Issues 

In some instances, electric seat motors may become unresponsive after vacuuming. 

  • Our process involves gently moving the seat backward to vacuum behind it and then moving it forward to clean the front. 
  • If a seat motor has pre-existing issues, has been left in one position for an extended period, or if small objects (e.g., coins or debris) are lodged in the seat rails, the motor may jam or fail. 
  • This is a known issue in some vehicle models, particularly certain Mercedes-Benz models. 
  • Our staff members do not check the rails for small objects and cannot be held responsible if an electric seat malfunctions during or after cleaning. 

If you suspect your seat motor is sensitive or has shown signs of issues in the past, we recommend adjusting the seat yourself before service to avoid potential complications.
