Exciting News: We’ve Upgraded Our Vehicle Size Categories!
We’re making it even easier for you to book the perfect wash for your car! Our new sizing now includes Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large — designed to better reflect the wide range of vehicles we proudly service.
This exciting upgrade is being rolled out across all our locations. So far, Crows Nest and all Newcastle sites are live with the new sizing, and more locations will be transitioning in the coming months.
If you’re booking at a location that’s yet to switch, you’ll still see the original size options — but rest assured, you’ll continue to receive the same top-quality service you know and love.
*Please note that for heavily soiled vehicles, dog hair, tar & bug removal or any vehicle that require additional time, Snap reserves the right to charge an additional fee for online bookings.
Note: Online bookings must be made at least 3 hours before booked time. Bookings not essential, drive up customers welcome.
- For a Basic Wash Services allow approximately 60 minutes / 75 minutes peak times.
- For a Snap Polish allow approximately 90 minutes / 2 hours peak times.
- For a Full Detail allow approximately 2.5 hours / 3 hours peak times.
