Snap Car Wash Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Snap Car Wash. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
1.1. Snap Car Wash is a professional hand car wash service provider.
1.2. Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality service, results may vary based on the condition of the vehicle.
1.3. By leaving your vehicle with us, you agree to allow our team to perform the requested services.
2. Customer Responsibilities
2.1. Customers must ensure their vehicle is roadworthy and safe for our staff to handle.
2.2. Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the service. Snap Car Wash is not liable for any loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
2.3. Customers must collect their vehicle promptly after the service is completed. Snap Car Wash is not responsible for the safety of vehicles left uncollected beyond normal operating hours.
2.4. Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, defects, or mechanical issues with their vehicle to the Snap Car Wash team upon arrival. For bookings made in advance, customers are required to notify the team of any known concerns as soon as the booking is confirmed. Failure to disclose such information may limit Snap Car Wash’s ability to provide services safely and efficiently. Snap Car Wash will not be held liable for any pre-existing damage that is not reported prior to the commencement of the service.
3. Liability
3.1. Snap Car Wash will take all reasonable care when servicing your vehicle; however, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to the vehicle (e.g., scratches, dents, or rust).
- Damage resulting from the use of cleaning products on vehicles with pre-existing conditions such as faulty paintwork, degraded seals, or worn materials.
- Mechanical or electrical faults arising during or after the service.
3.2. Customers must notify Snap Car Wash staff of any pre-existing damage before the service. Failure to do so may result in the denial of liability for any claims.
4. Parking Charges
4.1. Snap Car Wash operates within shopping centres and car parks that may impose parking fees.
4.2. Any parking charges levied by the shopping centre or car park are independent of the fees charged by Snap Car Wash for its services. Customers are solely responsible for paying any parking charges incurred during their visit.
5. Service Limitations
5.1. Snap Car Wash reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles that are deemed unsafe, excessively dirty, or otherwise unsuitable for hand washing.
5.2. Weather conditions, time constraints, and shopping centre restrictions may limit the scope of services available.
6. Payment and Refunds
6.1. Full payment is required upon completion of the service and must be made before the vehicle keys are handed back to the customer.
6.2. Refunds are not available for services already rendered. In case of dissatisfaction, please notify the manager on duty before leaving the premises so we can address your concerns.
6.3. Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Damage or Loss
7.1. While Snap Car Wash takes precautions to ensure the safety of your vehicle, we are not liable for:
- Damage caused by third parties while the vehicle is parked in the shopping centre car park.
- Loss or theft of the vehicle or its contents while on the shopping centre premises.
8. Indemnification
8.1. By using Snap Car Wash services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snap Car Wash, its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Any breach of these terms and conditions by you.
- Any third-party claims arising from the condition of your vehicle before or after our services.
- Any personal injury or property damage caused by your vehicle or its condition.
9. Promotions and Gift Cards
9.1. All promotions and offers are subject to specific terms, as stated at the time of the promotion.
9.2. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. Privacy
10.1. Snap Car Wash respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during your visit will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. If you have a concern or dispute, please contact Snap Car Wash management at info@snapcarwash.com.au . We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
12. Amendments
12.1. Snap Car Wash reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website.
